Job Title: HR Executive & Admin
We are seeking a versatile HR Executive & Admin to join our team, playing a crucial role in both human resources and administrative functions. As an integral part of our organization, you will manage HR operations, including recruitment, policy management, and employee relations, while also overseeing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations.
Location:Chennai (On-site)
Salary Range:25,000 to 30,000
Shift:Day Shift 9:30 to 6:00

Responsibilities
HR Operations:
- Lead recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Update and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance.
- Handle employee relations and address staff inquiries.
Administrative Oversight
- Supervise administrative tasks for efficient office operations.
- Maintain office records and documentation.
Payroll Support
- Provide support in payroll processes, ensuring accuracy.
- Handle basic payroll-related tasks and inquiries.
Documentation And Reporting
- Maintain personnel records, employment contracts, and relevant documentation.
- Generate necessary reports on HR metrics.
Training And Development
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Develop training and onboarding materials.
Leave Coordination
- Manage requests for leave and other absences.
System Maintenance
- Maintain HR and administrative processing systems.
Policy Communication
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience and knowledge in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
- Advanced understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency with HR technology and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
