Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Executive to join our team at DriftPoint Technologies. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software, and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities
  • Manage employee payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee performance management and evaluation processes
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices
