Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an efficient HR Executive to undertake a variety of HR responsibilities. The HR Executive will facilitate daily HR functions such as recruitment, employee records management, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the smooth running of HR operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, conducting initial screening, and scheduling interviews.
Help coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation and necessary documentation.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and updated employee records (soft and hard copies) in line with legal requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, performance reviews, attendance, and leave management.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
  • Assist with payroll processing by collecting employee data such as leaves and attendance.
Support in managing employee benefits programs such as health insurance, provident funds, etc.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement and Support:
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR processes, payroll, leaves, and policies.
Support in organizing team-building activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and employee development activities in collaboration with other HR team members.
  • Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process by preparing necessary documentation and scheduling reviews.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an HR role.Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Additional Requirements:
Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations is preferred.
