Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our growing team at Dfinit Ventures. The ideal candidate will support various human resources functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, HR compliance, performance management, payroll, and general HR administration, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Recruitment responsibilities will not be part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding & Offboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Coordinate offboarding activities such as exit interviews and final documentation.
2. Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records (physical and digital) for personnel, payroll, and leave management.
Ensure proper documentation of employee benefits, compensation, attendance, and policies.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Assist in processing payroll by collecting timesheets and leave applications.
Manage and address employee inquiries regarding salary, compensation, and benefits.
4. HR Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and legal regulations.
Assist with drafting and updating company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
5. Employee Engagement & Communication:
Plan and organize employee engagement activities like team events, wellness programs, and celebrations.
Facilitate communication between employees and the management team to address HR-related concerns.
6. Performance Management:
Assist in managing the performance review cycle, ensuring timely completion of reviews and feedback.
Work with managers to track employee performance and development plans.
7. HR Administrative Support:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
Assist with internal HR-related audits and regular reporting.
8. Other HR Initiatives:
Contribute to the implementation of various HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
Support special projects as needed, such as diversity programs and wellness initiatives.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in HR roles (internship or previous HR exposure is a plus).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (HR software (HRIS) is a bonus).
Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
