Responsibilities :-

• Liaise with other functional/departmental employees so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HRobjectives, purposes and achievements
• Monitoring of Attendance on daily, Preparation & Disbursement of Salary & Wages of All Plants & Branch Offices.
• Statutory compliance related to PT, PF, ESIC, Factory License, MPCB & Others depending upon the exigency of work
• Co-ordinate with Advocates for Ongoing legal issues
• Assisting DGM for Recruitment of Staff & workers
• Co-ordinate Training and development activities.
• Maintain the General Administrative matters on day to day basis in co-ordination with HR Manager.
