Responsibilities:

• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment.
• Update internal databases with new hire information.
• Coordinating for Recruitments & Selection and induction of new personnel joining.
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Gather payroll data like Biometric Attendance records, bank accounts and Deductions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
• Develop training and onboarding material.
• Day today administrative assignments and others depending on the exigencies of work.
