HR Executive

• Hiring new store managers and store executives.
• Taking follow-up regarding Interview Joining
• Posting current vacant positions (Store Manager, store executive assistant sales managers) on various online portals.
• Shortlist the candidates as per the requirement
• Do the technical test
• Schedule the interview with the technical team, RM AM
• Taken follow-up with the technical team, RM AM
• Collect the documents from the candidates
• Prepare the new joinees form and send it for approval
• Complete the joining formalities maintain the files of new joinees
• On-boarding to the new Joinees
• Prepare new joinees sheet for ERP registration
• Prepare Bank Account details sheet of new joinees
• Coordinate with consultancy for current vacancies and maintain their
  commercials in separate sheet with all relevant details.
• Addressing and resolving store managers / executive queries regarding
  salary deductions and attendance.
• Other duties responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Eligibility

• GRADUATE/POST GRADUATE/PGDM / MBA Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience into HR with execellent communication skills
