Overview
The HR Executive from manufacturing industry is a plus, plays a crucial role in the organization by effectively managing human resources and contributing to the overall success of the company. They are responsible for implementing HR initiatives, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation
- Administer benefits and leave programs
- Oversee performance management processes
- Conduct HR policy enforcement and compliance
- Implement and maintain HRIS systems
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Manage personnel records and documentation
- Conduct exit interviews and offboarding processes
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives
- Coordinate disciplinary processes
- Administer and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Knowledge of HRIS and other HR-related software
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
