Job Description

1) Screening candidate resumes from RMS (Recruitment Management System).

2) Job portals (Naukri, Indeed) and lining candidates for interview.

3) Rating the candidates profile and taking telephonic interviews.

4) Follow-ups taking the candidate feedback.

5) Handling documentation and on boarding process.

6) Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.

7) Maintaining candidate record on RMS / ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
