We are seeking a motivatedHR Executiveresponsible for managing recruitment, conducting orientations, overseeing onboarding, and handling daily HR communications. The ideal candidate will manage candidate follow-ups and ensure the smooth onboarding of new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calls & Follow-ups:Attend and follow up on candidate inquiries and recruitment-related communications.
  • Recruitment:Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and update recruitment status.
  • Onboarding:Conduct orientations, prepare onboarding materials, and ensure new hires have the required resources.
  • Employee Engagement:Provide support to new hires during their onboarding period and assist with HR queries.
  • Administrative Support:Maintain HR records and coord
