Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Conduct job interviews, facilitate the selection process, and coordinate onboarding activities.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
    • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
    • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Performance Management:
    • Establish and manage performance appraisal processes.
    • Work closely with department heads to set performance goals and expectations.
    • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and professional development.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant programs.
    • Design and implement training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Facilitate workshops on leadership, communication, and other relevant topics.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
    • Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance levels.
  • Employee Benefits and Compensation:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
    • Review and update compensation structures to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications

  • **Educational Background:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Additional qualifications or certifications in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable.
