Job Description

  • End to end recruitment in bulk hiring.

Analyze and understand the requirement received from the internal clients.

 Sourcing candidates by sending mails, using job portals, organizing events at vendor locations and referencing

 Posting ad and mass mailing on Job portals against skills requirements and locations.

 Pre-screening and short-listing the candidate for the client interview.

 Scheduling the candidates with clients and follow up for the same.

Technical Skills

  • Non-IT Recruitment Experience
  • Very Good communication
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office ( MSExcel, MSword and Ms power point)
  • Knowledge of the Non-IT industry and current events

Management Skills

  • Good Team Player
  • Should be proactive in learning and taking initiatives
  • Excellent time management
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadline

Others: Should have prior Non IT Recruitment Experience/ Comfortable with Work from Office
