Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all scheduled safety observation rounds on time.
- Arrange management support and budgetary approvals.
- Facilitate the institutionalization of HR systems, organization structure, and people.
- Arrange training as per the training calendar.
- Prepare all MIS as per unit and corporate requirements.
- Implement WCM and safety initiatives.
- Follow up with contractors for preparing and distributing wages of contract workmen.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for the preparation of salaries for O&S.
- Follow up with contractors for timely submission of invoices.
- Prepare and submit PF and ESI compliances/payments on time.
- Keep records of variable DA and manpower approvals.
- Maintain vigilance and information systems about IR and provide information to superiors.
- Ensure effective grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Implement welfare activities.
- Participate in union settlements as per management guidelines.
- Resolve IR issues related to union and workmen.
- Establish harmonious relations with government officials and political bodies.
- Arrange welfare items like uniforms, birthday gifts, celebrations, and events.
- Submit all applicable statutory returns.
- Renew group insurance policies and WC policies for staff and contract labor.
- Renew the factory license.
- Ensure renewal of labor license/contract labor registration.
- Submit all annual returns to concerned departments/authorities.
- Ensure proper security and administrative activities at the unit.
- Conduct CSR activities in Panchayat villages.
- Maintain cordial relations with government officials and local bodies.
- Execute corporate and unit initiatives at the plant.
- Enhance the skills of people through continuous learning and assigning projects.
- Promote best practices in safety, hygiene, and environmental management.
- Motivate teams to follow safe and good housekeeping practices.
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures and corrective actions on audit points as per UTCL safety standards/guidelines.
- Impart training for creating safety and environmental awareness.
Experience: Min 5yrs Max 8yrs
Qualification MBA HR/ MSW HR
