Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR professional at EmbDesignTube located in Surat. The HR professional will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. They will also be responsible for talent acquisition, employee training and development, performance management, and assisting in the implementation of HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Understanding of employee benefits
- Experience in personnel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
