Job Title: HR
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.- Facilitate the interview process and assist in making hiring decisions.
Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Assist in the implementation of performance management processes.- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process payroll and manage benefits administration
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Strong communication skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ay HR Certification is a plus.
