Job Summary:
Our client, a leading company in the technology sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic
HR Director to oversee and optimize all human resources functions. This role is pivotal in driving a high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the company's strategic growth in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, with strong English communication skills, and possess a deep understanding of HR best practices tailored to the tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to foster growth and innovation
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to meet the company's future needs
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on key organizational and HR matters
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Drive recruitment efforts to attract top talent, especially in technical and specialized roles
- Oversee onboarding, training, and career development programs to ensure high retention and engagement
- Performance Management
- Develop and maintain performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback mechanisms
- Mentor managers in performance improvement processes and help to build strong, high-performing teams
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Cultivate a positive work environment and implement initiatives that enhance employee morale, productivity, and retention
- Lead employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans to address identified issues
- Compliance and Policy Development
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies, keeping up-to-date with HR regulations in India
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and inclusive workplace
- Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and rewards programs to ensure competitive positioning
- Work closely with finance and leadership to manage budgets related to HR and benefits
- Learning and Development
- Implement training and development programs that foster growth and align with organizational needs
- Promote a continuous learning culture to enhance skills, leadership capabilities, and professional growth within the organization
- Establish effective communication channels to promote a positive organizational culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role related to the tech industry
- Strong understanding of technology workforce trends and challenges
- Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience in managing talent acquisition processes, performance management, and employee development programs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using HR data to inform organizational decisions
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements in the technology sector
- Ability to drive change and influence organizational culture in a tech environment
- Experience with HR technologies and data analytics tools
