Data Management Specialist
Summary:
Data Management and control representative is required for a global high-tech company in Semiconductor area. A global high-tech company requires a Data Management and control representative to support human resources systems for employees and managers Globally.
. The position is suitable for candidates who want to be part of challenging role that includes service and organizational process support.
. Works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision. Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Maintenance and control of the information in the HR system
Providing solutions and support employees and managers Globally, in related to the Organization HR system questions.
Performing tests and controls on human resources systems.
Work and conduct in global interfaces.
.. The work is on shifts some time based on business.
Resolving HR Tickets
Actively participate in designing and implementing standard operating processes to maximize shared services effectiveness and outcomes.
Operates under limited supervision and guidance.
Good Knowledge in SOX audit, HR data governance.
Knowledge and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree -mandatory or equivalent
Worked on workday tool
Communication skills - concise and precise, smile in the voice, good listening, conflict assessment/management
Strong MS skills - especially excel - manage mega spreadsheets/workbooks, example 80 columns and 1000 lines - sort, filter, VLookup, Pivots, compare, merge, audit/scrubs create tables from excel to ppt
Good knowledge of OFFICE software systems
Previous experience in report.
Experience - 7 to 9 Year
Key Skill - Employee Data Management, Handling HR Tickets, Making data changes in Workday, Generating employee IDs, Performing mass data uploads and creating employee records (..Mandatory..)
