Job Overview:
The HR cum Operations Executive at [Institute Name] will play a crucial role in managing both the human resources and operational activities that ensure the smooth functioning of the institute. Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the recruitment process for academic and non-academic staff, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing staff concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting effective communication between staff and management.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, set objectives, provide feedback, and assist in professional development planning for all staff.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs for faculty and administrative staff, organize training sessions, and track the effectiveness of development programs.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with institutional policies.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to educational labor laws and institute policies, maintaining comprehensive employee records and handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
Operations:
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance, security, and functionality of the institutes physical infrastructure, including classrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Inventory & Resource Management: Manage inventory for academic supplies, equipment, and other resources, ensuring their availability and proper use.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors for procurement of educational materials, maintenance services, and other operational needs, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of institutional events, including seminars, workshops, and student activities, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that the institute adheres to health and safety regulations, including emergency preparedness and safety drills.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of operational activities, prepare regular reports, and assist in the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Experience in educational sector preferred.
