HR cum Accounts Assistant (Junior/ Fresh Grads Welcome)

• This is a full time permanent position

Basic Salary RM2,800 - RM4,000

Working Hours: Monday-Friday:

• 30am-6.30pm
• Working Location: Kota Damansara (Walking distance from MRT Station)

Our client, a reputable Real Estate Firm that is one of the market leaders in real estate industry and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate HR cum Accounts Assistant to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their human resource team in handling company staffs payroll and employee relations related matters.

_Responsibilities:_

_Human Resource/ Admin related:_

• Maintain updated and precise attendance records

To post/ announce HR relevant letter/ memo

• Office maintenance (ad hoc basis)

Assist in annual events setting (upon request)

_Accounts duties:_

• Processing and paying fixed monthly expenses/ utility payments

Daily Cash flow update

• Maintain the office file system

Processing bank transfer requests

• Completing and submitting tax returns, SST returns and WHT

Inter company transactions

• Other ad-hoc tasks will be assigned

_Additional Information/ Requirement:_

• Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent

At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply too Candidate with experience in property development industry/ real estate agencies/ HDA will be an added advantage

• Good knowledge of SQL accounting software, MS Word and Excel

Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible and reliable
