Job Description

  • Assist in cleaning and organizing applicant data within the ATS.
  • Coordinate and schedule exit interviews and calls with outgoing employees.
  • Facilitate new joiner onboarding on software platforms
  • Coordinate with Finance and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding process.
  • Assist in processing reimbursement requests and resolving related queries.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate.
  • Strong excel understanding
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
