- Assist in cleaning and organizing applicant data within the ATS.
- Coordinate and schedule exit interviews and calls with outgoing employees.
- Facilitate new joiner onboarding on software platforms
- Coordinate with Finance and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding process.
- Assist in processing reimbursement requests and resolving related queries.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate.
- Strong excel understanding
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
