Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficientHR Coordinator - Fresher to join our Human Resources team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who are passionate about HR and eager to support various HR functions while contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, prepare orientation materials, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating review schedules, compiling feedback, and ensuring timely completion of evaluations.
  • Policy Implementation: Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Data Management: Collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Learning and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and maintain training records to support employee development.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a professional manner, promoting a harmonious workplace environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improving HR processes and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
