Enveda is looking for an HR Coordinator/ AM HR to join our team in Hyderabad, India!

We are seeking an AM HR/HR Coordinator with a strong background in supporting the employee life cycle, particularly focusing on candidate experience and data accuracy.

As a part of the HR team, you will report directly to the Manager, HR .

You Get To Collaborate On

  • Recruitment Process Support: Collaborate across multiple functions to coordinate recruitment activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Candidate Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for candidates; manage, schedule, and coordinate interviews.
  • Enveda Ambassador: Represent our warm, friendly, and genuine culture throughout the interview process.
  • Lever/HRIS Portal Management: Take full ownership of managing the Lever/HRIS system for seamless recruitment and data management.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding Management: Manage all relevant documentation and processes for onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Employee Queries: Respond to employee questions thoroughly and in a timely manner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, IT, and Admin to ensure smooth internal coordination and processes.
  • Employee Database Management: Maintain and update employee databases and reports, ensuring data is current and accurate.
  • HR Metrics & Data Collection: Gather and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, including HRIS, ATS, and payroll outputs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with stakeholders and teams to foster collaboration.

Who will thrive in this role

  • 3-7 years of work experience, ideally in recruiting and HR operations.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree/PGDM in HR or related fields.
  • Familiarity with recruitment portals, job sites, or ATS systems is an added advantage.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: You can think through the candidate and interviewer experience from every perspective to deliver the best outcomes.
  • Effective Communicator: You excel at clear, concise, and friendly communication in both verbal and written forms.
  • Time Management Skills: You manage your work efficiently and handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Adaptable & Positive: You embrace change with a positive attitude and are comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Technical Interview 1 (45 minutes)
  • Work Sample Interview (45 minutes)
  • Enveda Culture Interview (30 minutes)
