Job Description

HR Functional Consultant

FlexiEle has a cloud-based Hire to Exit HRM System which helps clients from various industries to streamline and automate their HR processes.

We are hiring a young and energetic HR functional consultant. This role would be the point of contact or face of FlexiEle for existing or new clients in HRMS implementations and support.

Location Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of all the modules of FlexiEle HRMS, its workflows, and functionalities
  • Work with FlexiEle's technical team in the HRMS implementation process for any new client
  • Understanding Client HRM requirements and bridging them with the technical team
  • Support existing FlexiEle HRMS client with their day-to-day queries or specific requirements
  • Visiting clients (in Bangalore) for meeting quarterly
  • Work as a bridge between clients and the company's technical team

Key Skills required:

  • Understanding of HR Management and complete employee life cycle
  • Good communication skills (spoken English) to interact with clients
  • Positive, problem-solving, and flexible attitude with patience
  • Knowledge and experience in SQL are a must
  • The local language is a must (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, etc)

Qualifications:

  • BBA/MBA with HR specialization would be preferred
  • BE/B Tech with a CS background can also apply if they want to explore the functional role
  • Any other graduate with experience in the HR domain

Experience:

  • MBA HR freshers
  • 6 months to 1 year for other graduates with CS or HR background

Benefits:

  • Compensation as per industry for Freshers
  • Provision of PF - if opted by the employee

Other Details:

Timing- -Mon to Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm. 2nd, 4th, and 5th Saturday and all Sunday off

Requirements

  • Proven experience as hr consultant
  • Experience in project management preferably HR related
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
  • Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
  • Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)
  • Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills
  • A team player
  • BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
