Key Responsibilities
An HR Compliance Executive is responsible for ensuring that a company adheres to legal standards, regulations, and internal policies related to human resources. The role involves overseeing compliance in areas such as labor laws, employee relations, company policies, and legal compliance. Here are some key responsibilities:
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with local, state, and federal labor laws (e.g., employment standards, health and safety regulations).
- Employee Communication: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding the benefits, rights, and procedures related to PF and ESIC.
- Policy Development: Assist in developing and maintaining internal HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Training: Conduct or organize training sessions for employees on compliance-related topics such as workplace ethics, harassment, and labor regulations.
- Auditing and Monitoring: Regularly audit HR processes (e.g., hiring, onboarding, payroll, leave management) to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proper records of compliance-related documents and reports. This may include employment contracts, Legal compliance make & share to respected clients.
- Employee Relations: Help resolve employee grievances in compliance with legal and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR Compliance
- Education: Degree
- Salary : 25k to 40k
