What You'll Do
- Sapiens is looking for a Sr. Manager - HR Business Partner, who will act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, create talent solutions and drive organizational success. The individual will leverage consulting skills, agile practices, and industry knowledge to be a trusted partner and change agent for the business.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent opportunities and challenges.
- Create value by designing and implementing innovative agile talent solutions aligned to the business goals.
- Diagnose trends and needs around talent imperatives by leveraging data.
- Elevate talent experiences by action planning against results of the engagement surveys.
- Drive a strong performance management approach - Identify outliers from a contribution/impact perspective and outline next steps to manage those.
- Steer talent management practices which include talent planning, talent development and succession management
- Seamlessly plan and deliver on key employee programs like promotions, bonus, merit etc. to influence business and talent priorities
- Design programs to meet the needs of different talent profiles for the business unit (for example - high potential, early career, leadership, women)
- Develop customized reward strategy for distinct capability groups/ skills/ talent profiles to drive larger business impact.
- Steward change management efforts to ensure design & execution of high-impact, seamless talent solutions both at a business unit and organization level.
- Influence, consult & partner with business leaders to engage, lead and manage key talent imperatives
- Ensure compliance with HR Policies and legal requirements.
- Be a Culture champion by devising interventions that reinforce organization culture and inspire pride in our talent.
What To Have For This Position
Must have Skills:-
- 10- 15 years experience in the field of Human resources, with a focus on strategic HR partnership.
- Experience with talent management and organization development projects would be desirable
- Proficiency in data analysis and judgement
- Excellent strategic consulting skills
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Educational Requirements: - Preferably MBA/ PGDM In HR/Equivalent Degree
