Job Summary: The HRBP will align business objectives with employees and management, handling strategic HR tasks while also managing HR operations and supporting recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Address employee relations, support performance management, and lead change initiatives.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Maintain HRIS data, assist in compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
- Support recruitment by posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
- Assist in Engagement Activities
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of HR experience, including HRBP, operations, and recruitment roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
