About the role
Exclusive Networks is currently looking to employ an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team and support people activities within the EN business in India working closely with the senior leadership.This opportunity will see you provide high-quality HR advice to managers and employees across the employee life cycle. This is an ideal role for an HR Business Partner looking to continue their career development in a MNC and a supportive team environment.
You'll enjoy building strong relationships across your organization and will be a subject matter expert across multiple areas of human resources.
This role will report to the HR Director APAC and also the RGM India and SAARC.
As the HR Business Partner, you will:
- Act as a strategic business partner focused on driving business performance through people.
- Provide operational HR advice and support to business leaders across the employee life-cycle.
- Partner with leaders to effectively manage people-related, workplace relations matters including misconduct and performance management issues and build leadership capability.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with your client group and across the wider organization.
- Monitor and ensure legal compliance with Indian employment laws and regulations
- Implement all Global HR initiatives (APR, ACR, Job levelling, Recruitment Strategy, Engagement Survey, Succession Planning and Talent Review) through partnering, coaching and educating the leaders to drive successful completion and deliver outcomes.
- Manage the HR dashboard on a monthly basis to proactively identify, analyze, assess and recommend appropriate solutions to business challenges.

The ideal HR Business Partner:
- Degree qualified in HR
- Strong HR business partner experience, ideally in a MNC would be highly regarded
- Consultative and engaging HR approach with strong stakeholder relationship skills
- Resilient and flexible in working style
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate and work within a dynamic, diverse, growing business.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong attention to detail
