We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in identifying and securing job opportunities for our students in the IT industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing fresher IT job openings from various job portals, establishing connections with company HR representatives, and facilitating interviews for our students.
Responsibilities
- Utilize job portals and other online resources to identify relevant job openings for fresher IT positions.
- Research and compile a list of companies offering IT job opportunities suitable for our students.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with HR representatives and hiring managers at target companies.
- Reach out to HR contacts via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to promote our students profiles and arrange interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between our students and hiring companies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on job openings, outreach efforts, and interview outcomes to management.
- Collaborate with the training team to understand student profiles, skills, and career aspirations to effectively match them with job opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, job market demands, and emerging technologies to better assist students in their job search efforts.
- Assist in organizing career fairs, networking events, and workshops to enhance students job readiness skills.
- Represent the organization professionally at industry events and networking forums to expand our network of hiring partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other online resources for sourcing job openings.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the IT industry, job market trends, and recruitment processes is a plus.
