Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to a culture of recognition and growth by managing salary increases, promotions, and performance appraisals.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
* Provide guidance to managers during disciplinary action meetings, focusing on legal implications and best practices.
* Conduct surveys and meet with current and departing employees to identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct new employee orientation sessions, introducing employees to company policies, culture, and objectives.
* Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new staff to meet organizational needs.
* Assist with employee transfers and referral programs to optimize talent utilization.
* Work on HR inputs for PLI (Performance Linked Incentive) disbursement and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Analise company reports and develop dashboards on key metrics, including DEI, presenting findings directly to the CEO for strategic decision-making.
Prepare engaging PPTs for the CEO's monthly all-hands meetings, fostering connection with the workforce.
* Initiate background checks for new hires and ensure verification of previous employees.
* Draft effective HR policies to enhance operational efficiency and promote a positive work environment.
* Collaborate with business unit leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives for operational success.
* Manage employee engagement initiatives, benefits, attendance, referrals, and retention
strategies.
* Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations issues, providing guidance on
HR policies and procedures.
* Provide HR advice to managers on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational
development.
* Work with department heads to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Analyse data from surveys, interviews, and focus groups to identify trends in employee
engagement and satisfaction.
* Develop job descriptions for open positions based on business needs and requirements.
* Create training programs to support the professional growth of employees across all levels of
the organization.
* Cultivate relationships with external vendors, such as recruiting firms and benefits providers, to
negotiate contracts and service agreements.
* Leverage hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and managing headcount effectively.
* Maintain up-to-date records of employee information, including compensation packages, attendance records, and leave/vacation requests.
* Develop and implement recognition programs to motivate employees toward higher performance levels.
