Employee Relations:Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner
Performance Management:Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
Implement strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement
Training and Development:Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees
Support career development and succession planning initiatives
Compensation and Benefits:Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
HR Policies and Compliance:Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws
Employee Engagement:Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Conduct surveys and gather feedback to measure and improve the employee experience
HR Technology:Evaluate, implement, and optimize HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
