Job Description

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and selection compensation and benefit, performance management, training and development, payroll and HR information systems.
  • Review Employee Handbook and HR policies and updates when necessary.
  • Conducting New Staff Orientation and develop training programmes for employees.
  • To take and prepare minutes of meeting whenever necessary.
  • To review monthly payroll activities including submission to government statutory bond.
  • To organize yearly staff appraisal.
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Post Graduate/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Freshers with the relevant educational background are welcome to apply.
