Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and selection compensation and benefit, performance management, training and development, payroll and HR information systems.
Review Employee Handbook and HR policies and updates when necessary.
Conducting New Staff Orientation and develop training programmes for employees.
To take and prepare minutes of meeting whenever necessary.
To review monthly payroll activities including submission to government statutory bond.
To organize yearly staff appraisal.
Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Post Graduate/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
