Position Overview:
As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions within the company. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining valuable experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and other key areas of human resources management.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and personnel files.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing HR-related documents and reports.
Assist with employee relations matters, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement programs, performance management processes, and compliance activities.
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and assist with ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by HR management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in a human resources or related role preferred.
Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS software.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
