We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are passionate about starting a career in Human Resources. The HR Associate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and employee relations.
Recruitment and Onboarding:- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company website.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview logistics.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding processes, including orientation and training sessions.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee-related paperwork.
- Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely assistance.
Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and grievances.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
HR Administration:
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Support performance appraisal and review processes.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
Help with compliance audits and other HR projects.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
Office environment.
- May require occasional travel for recruitment events or training sessions.
