Summary:
The HR Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, payroll, and team engagement initiatives. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience from the initial recruitment process to ongoing engagement and development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, portal screening, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews.
Policy & Payroll:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Process payroll, including verifying timesheets, calculating deductions, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
Team Engagement & Development:
- Plan and execute team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate training sessions.
- Maintain employee records and track performance reviews.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Positive and proactive attitude.

Pay: 5,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
