Job Description

Summary:

The HR Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, payroll, and team engagement initiatives. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience from the initial recruitment process to ongoing engagement and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, portal screening, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews.

Policy & Payroll:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll, including verifying timesheets, calculating deductions, and resolving payroll discrepancies.

Team Engagement & Development:

  • Plan and execute team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate training sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and track performance reviews.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 5,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month

Experience:
