Roles and Responsibilities-
Recruitment:
- Responsible for entire Recruitment Lifecycle in Engineering and Tech Product; from sourcing to on-boarding within TAT
- Sourcing potential candidates from various job portals
- Assist the Business HR partner in HR related activities
- Work closely with hiring managers and respective stakeholders to close open positions at the earliest
- Documentation, pre-onboarding and Onboarding formalities
- Follow up with the respective offered candidates for joining dates, queries related to onboarding etc.
Other HR activities:
- Responsible for the entire lifecycle of employees - from sourcing to exit; along with working on special projects.
- Conducting employee engagement activities
- Help with HR operations work
Desired candidates should have:
- MBA with atleast 2 years relevant technical recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience with job portals and closing positions through referrals
- Good communication skills
