Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Recruitment:*

  • Coordinate job postings and advertising.
  • Source candidates through social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.

*Employee Onboarding:*

  • Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and training.
  • Ensure completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.

*Benefits Administration:*

  • Manage benefits enrolment and changes.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations.

*Compliance:*

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits to ensure HR records accuracy.

*Employee Relations:*

  • Provide support for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist with conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Foster positive employee relations.

*HR Operations:*

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
  • Process employee data changes and updates.
  • Generate HR reports as needed.

*Other Responsibilities:*

  • Assist with special projects and events.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Participate in HR-related training and development.

Requirements

*Requirements:*

*Education:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

*Experience:*

  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR generalist role.

*Skills:*

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

*Certifications:*

  • SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI certification preferred.
