Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Managing recruitment operations activities (sourcing CVs basis Job Description, co-ordinating with candidates, scheduling interviews, managing communication with candidate and interview panel, issuing letters (offer, appointment etc.)
Managing communication and engagement with hiring college campuses
  • Forming and maintaining employee records
Updating databases internally, such as leave trackers, travel and expense trackers etc.
  • Preparing and amending as and when necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides, leave policy etc.
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance documents etc.
  • Maintaining regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover, performance etc.
Publishing monthly / quarterly employee dashboards
  • Communicating with external partners
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. attendance, holiday and sick days taken etc.
Updating and maintaining employee policy related documents
  • Managing employee engagement activities
Managing company Social Media Handles | Co-ordinating with Social Media partner for regular postings and engagement across social media handles
  • Helping with various logistics arrangements for travel and stay of team members traveling for project related work
Maintaining office petty cash expenses
  • Helping in booking/s and arrangements for team travel / meeting
  • Skills:
Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Engagement,
  • Any HR Tool (like Darwinbox, Keka etc.)
Computer literate with knowledge of word, excel, powerpoint etc.
  • Basic understanding of labour laws
Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Good interpersonal skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of managing petty cash, logistics etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
