Recruitment and Staffing:Position Overview
The HR Associate supports the HR department with administrative and operational tasks, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and employee relations.
Post job advertisements and manage job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule interviews and assist with job offers.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
Facilitate onboarding and conduct orientation sessions.- Ensure completion of necessary paperwork.
Manage exit processes and conduct exit interviews.
- Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
Prepare HR reports and documents.
Address employee queries and concerns.- Assist in organizing engagement activities and events.
Facilitate communication between employees and management.
- Benefits and Compensation:
Administer employee benefits programs.
- Support payroll processing and resolve related queries.
- Compliance and Policy Administration:
Communicate and enforce HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years in a similar HR role.
Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
