Job Description:

We're seeking an HR Generalist to join our team with 2-4 years of experience. This role involves supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives. The HR Associate should have knowledge in the entire employee lifecycle management process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment process through various job portals.
  • Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and provide guidance to employees in resolving issues.
  • Payroll and HR Compliance: Handle end to end payroll process along with the HR compliance activities. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's policies and practices are in compliance with employment laws.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Policies: Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and personnel files.Create documents such as offer letters, appraisal letters, etc.
  • Offboarding Responsibilities: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions. Manage the offboarding process ensuring various compliances are taken into account.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources
  • 2-4 years of progressive HR experience as a Generalist
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills song with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in handling HR software applications (HRMS, ATS,etc.)
