- Help with the day-to-day administration of HR responsibilities and tasks
Offer administrative and secretarial assistance to Human Resources executives.
- assemble and maintain employee records (both hard copy and digital).
Handle personnel-related paperwork and create reports (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance assessments etc)- Organise HR initiatives (training, surveys, meetings, etc.) and record minutes Respond to inquiries from staff members on human resources matters, guidelines, and policies.
Provide pertinent information to help with payroll preparation (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
- When required, communicate with public services Handle grievance and complaint procedures appropriately.
Organise correspondence with applicants and set up interviews.- Give freshly hired staff their first orientation.
Help our recruiters locate potential applicants and maintain our database.
