We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in a supermarket and restaurant group. The HR Assistant will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, help maintain employee records, assist with recruitment processes, and ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
Manage the HR filing system, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist with posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Conduct initial screening of applicants and provide feedback to the HR Manager.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Address employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help maintain a positive work environment and promote company culture.
Assist in processing payroll by collecting and verifying employee time records.- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.- Maintain training records and track employee participation in training activities.
- Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management review.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.- Assist with special projects and other HR-related tasks as needed.
