Performance Management and Appraisal Management of Employees.- Setting KRA's and KPI's for individual performance growth.
Attendance, leave and basic payroll management on HRMS.
- Recruitment and New hire orientation process.
Exit Procedure
Preferred candidate profile- Education in HR or related field
3 to 5 years of experience in an Agency/ related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill with fluency in English.
