Increase employees Punctuality & regularity by motivating them
MS Office including, word, excel, PowerPoint & Paint
Take daily report of HR Executive, Recruitment team & Admin Executive
Knowledge of HRMS Software
Check weekly report of all New Joiniees data in computer folders and in HR Software as well
Google Drive, Sheets & Form
Fix TAT for all regular tasks and maintain the report for the same, such as employees joining kit hand over, joining form & Documents Collection, Verification of Documents, Police Verification, action, address verification, employment verification all work deadline should be fixed
Negotiation
Check Report of All assets in office, such as Mobile, Laptop, Computers, and all other fixed & Miscellaneous assets maintained by IT admin executive
Time Management & Task Assignments
Taking HOD feedback of all team members work performance review report and and cross check it with all employee's individual feedback taken threw google feedback forms
Reporting : Making & Taking
Meet those employees whom feedback is not good from HOD's
Analysis of Reports
Meet those employees whom individual feedback is not good about their work, TL, HOD or about the office
Problem Solving & Solution creation for uncertain condition
On the basis of HOD's & Employees
Maintain Office Decorum, Hiracy & Professionalism
Maintain Professional Culture in office
Take regular Training Sessions of Etiquettes, Professionalism, dress codes, do's and don'ts in office
Conduct Induction Session with New joiners about the office culture, Do's & Don'ts
Regular motivation threw Employees engagement activities
Conduct motivation sessions in office threw outside speakers & heads of other companies.
