Job Title: HR Intern*

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. The ideal candidate will assist with employee relations, and HR administrative tasks. *Responsibilities:*
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions.
- Support HR staff in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
- Help administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company guidelines.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends through research and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
