HR Assistant
Location: Margao, Goa.
Onsite needed (hybrid setup)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
Assist in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with various departments (IT, HR, and Accounts) and act as a liaison between management and employees.
Procure and manage IT resources, including electronic equipment, as per team requirements.
Represent the company at IT conferences, handling coordination and logistics when required.
Perform basic accounting tasks such as handling petty cash, preparing financial reports, and reconciling invoices.
Should be versatile to perform data entry tasks and provide different administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations across different departments, ensuring smooth operations as needed
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Travel occasionally for company-related events and meetings when required.
Eligibility:
BBA, B.Com., BCA or equivalent education or experience.
Experience: 0-1 year, or any female candidate eager to start a career in HR.
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and Tally.
Strong communication skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Flexible to travel occasionally for company-related events.
