Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Human Resources or individuals with an MBA in HR who are passionate about starting their career in HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programs.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other developmental activities for employees.
- Handle administrative tasks, including preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
- Provide support in handling employee queries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- Candidates with an MBA in HR are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
