  • We're seeking a motivated and experienced professional to play a key role in recruiting top-tier talent for mid-management to senior positions.

  • Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to candidate onboarding, for mid-management to senior-level positions.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Talent Sourcing:

Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to attract and engage top-tier talent.Proactively build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Candidate Assessment:

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand business objectives and workforce planning.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and organizational goals.Employer Branding:

Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.Represent the company at recruitment events and industry conferences.Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.Generate regular reports to provide insights into recruitment metrics and effectiveness.Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on mid-management to senior roles.MBA in Human Resources or a related field.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
