Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Assistant to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including recruitment coordination and employee onboarding.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven work experience of 1 to 3 years in an HR-related role.
- Proficiency in recruitment coordination (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with employee onboarding processes (Mandatory skill).
- Effective administrative support skills to manage day-to-day HR tasks.
- Competency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superb organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High attention to detail to ensure precision in all HR activities.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Facilitate the employee onboarding process, ensuring all new hires feel welcomed and informed.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions, such as maintaining records and processing documentation.
- Manage HRIS with accurate data entry and regular updates.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Support employee relations by addressing issues and directing queries to the appropriate resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.
