Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Assistant to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including recruitment coordination and employee onboarding.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven work experience of 1 to 3 years in an HR-related role.
  • Proficiency in recruitment coordination (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with employee onboarding processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Effective administrative support skills to manage day-to-day HR tasks.
  • Competency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Superb organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High attention to detail to ensure precision in all HR activities.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Facilitate the employee onboarding process, ensuring all new hires feel welcomed and informed.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions, such as maintaining records and processing documentation.
  • Manage HRIS with accurate data entry and regular updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations as needed.
  • Support employee relations by addressing issues and directing queries to the appropriate resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.
