Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: (HR Role would be lesser and Vendor Manager Role would be bigger)

(a)Human resource:

1. Preparing and following the hiring standard operating procedure

2. Selecting and interviewing the candidates

3. Preparing and keeping tabs on leaves and other HR-related activities

4. Working on the documentation related to HR

(b) Vendor manager:

1. Managing vendor activities and maintaining both new and existing vendor relationships.

2. Identifying suitable vendors, negotiating with them to secure the most effective prices for our services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual obligations and abide by them

3. Meeting with vendors to assess their proficiency, and services, inquire about their feasibility, negotiate prices, and communicate any service-related concerns

4. Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations
