HR and Sales/Marketing Intern

Company Description:
Dynastymart Retail (OPC) Private Limited is an early-stage startup founded in 2022 by Hardik Srivastava. Based in Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh, the company specializes in marketing and distributing goods in the retail sector, including clothing, footwear, kitchen essentials, and home dcor. Role Description:

This is a full-time, remote role for an HR and Sales/Marketing Intern at Dynastymart Retail with a duration of 30 days. The intern will assist with human resources tasks such as HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Additionally, the intern will support sales-related activities, including customer engagement, sales support, order coordination, and marketing activities. Specific responsibilities include:

Understanding the nature of the business and product details.
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
Designing and implementing marketing plans.
Generating leads and sales.
Interacting with customers and collecting feedback.
Reviewing sales performance.
Maintaining accurate sales records.
Providing training and mentoring as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of human resources practices and HR policies.
Understanding of employee benefits and personnel management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of sales management and customer service experience.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Previous experience in retail or marketing is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
